First up was their daily special – oven-roasted cauliflower with jalapeño pesto. Next, we enjoyed two slices each of the Applewood Smoked Bacon & Goat Cheese, without bacon (gruyère, local goat cheese, parsley, scallions & charred tomato oil) and the Fennel Bianco (hand-shaved fennel, burrata, fresh rosemary, torn basil & organic olive oil). I couldn’t tell you which half I liked best because they were both absolutely amazing.
